Erik ten Hag is "angry" and "hung out to dry" following the disastrous Man Utd transfer debacle

Erik ten Hag's advisers are incensed that abysmal Manchester United severely underperformed for the Dutchman in the transfer market.

And the 52-year-old coach's agents are disappointed that he has been left hanging after dealing with a disastrous window and the Cristiano Ronaldo circus.

It's appeared Sasa Kalajdzic, the latest name to be connected with a move to Old Trafford, is an Austrian striker currently playing for Stuttgart. Ten Hag is dissatisfied with the way United has handled their summer business. The strong six-foot-six-inch forward, 25, has played 55 games for the Bundesliga team and has 24 goals and ten assists.

However, it's believed that Kalajdzic was far from the first list of players they intended to recruit. Ten Hag's camp is enraged by the mayhem. The Dutchman was promised five new players this summer during early negotiations after he decided to leave Ajax and join United.

After international players Paul Pogba, Edinson Cavani, Juan Mata, Nemanja Matic, and Jesse Lingard, as well as backup goalkeeper Lee Grant, left the team, that was done to give the group a boost.

It was intended to make room for at least one big-hitter, with Barcelona midfield play-maker Frenkie de Jong Ten Hag as the major goal, by cutting nearly £1 million A WEEK in pay. Ten Hag is thought to have given United's under-fire director of football John Murtagh his wish list, although the club has so far only been successful in closing three transfers.

In comparison to top five competitors Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham, and Arsenal, the signings of teenage left-back Tyrell Malacia, Ajax defender Lisandro Martinez, and free agent Christian Eriksen have been noticeably underwhelming.

With the transfer window ending in 19 days, United are scrambling to find new players due to the ridiculous De Jong issue, in which the player refuses to leave until he receives the £17 million in postponed wages owed by the Spaniards.

They became a laughing stock during their pursuit of Marko Arnautovic, a 33-year-old former West Ham and Stoke striker, while they are still trying to get Adrien Rabiot, a Juventus midfielder with a troubled past. And with Liverpool coming to Old Trafford next for United, Ten Hag is hoping the team can salvage a season that may end up being one of their worst in recent memory.
